One address for the organisation
Every hub comes with a free central mail account. It gives the organisation one e-mail address of its own — for the board, the committee, the club, the core team — instead of important mail living in one person’s personal inbox.
Use it as the address the outside world writes to, or keep your existing addresses and simply cc or forward anything the whole team should see. Either way, the mail ends up in one shared place.
Everyone who should see it, sees it
The central mailbox is read and answered right inside the hub, by everyone who’s been given access. A question from a member, an invoice, a letter from the municipality — no more “can you forward me that mail?”, no more messages lost when a volunteer steps down and their inbox leaves with them.
Replies are sent from the organisation’s address, so the conversation stays with the organisation — not with whoever happened to answer first.
Mail that belongs to the hub
Because the account belongs to the hub rather than to a person, the archive stays complete as people come and go. New board members open the mailbox and find the whole history waiting; departing ones hand over nothing, because there is nothing to hand over.
